青白江区教育概况

青白江区地处成都北部,距中心城区17公里,幅员面积378平方公里,总人口41万,连续四年进入全省“十强县”,是成都重要的商用车制造基地、新能源装备制造基地、新材料基地、国家循环经济示范基地和西部铁路物流中心,是一个生态优美、环境宜人的现代化田园城市。

青白江区现有中小学幼儿园86所,其中幼儿园59所、中小学27所。

2015年,青白江区教育局紧紧围绕“努力办好人民满意的教育”目标,以全面提高教育质量、提升办学水平为核心,深入推进区域教育均衡化、现代化、国际化,取得了积极成效。顺利通过市政府教育督导委员会阶段性督导评估,获得“教育现代化先进区(市、县)”称号。构建智慧教育体系,全面推进全省唯一的国家教育云规模化试点工作,先后在省、市推进会上作交流发言,在首届国际教育信息化大会上获“新技术、新媒体”赛课一、二等奖10项。

学前教育。实施公办幼儿园标准化提升工程,4所公办幼儿园完成主体施工,7所公办幼儿园启动建设。新增等级幼儿园2所,等级园覆盖率达79.7%。开展特色园建设,巨人树幼儿园通过成都市一级幼儿园复查。

义务教育段。加快中小学教育质量综合评价改革,制定《青白江区中小学教学质量评估意见(试行)》。进一步以内涵特色发展,聚焦课程课堂为中心,构建生动高效课堂体系,创办区域特色教育。完成第四届中小学生艺术节合唱、朗诵、美术作品专项比赛。启动2015-2016第五届中小学生艺术节,举行舞蹈大赛、美术作品展览。开展爱国主义教育弘扬民族精神,切实加强优秀传统文化涵养传承,开展每月一主题教育活动,大力实施素质教育,开展靓校塑品校园环境管理试点工作,广泛开展学生品格教育研究,优化调整学校德育课程的主要内容。

高中教育。走多样化特色发展道路。在全市率先探索普职融通教学模式,为普高生和职高生创造毕业后“可升学、可就业”的双向选择机会,《中国教育报》《成都改革》先后作深度报道。2015年,第二届普职融通实验班毕业35人,7人被本科院校录取,其余28人全部升入专科高职院校。2015年普通高考本科上线1387人,比上年增加134人,其中,重本上线320人,比上年增加125人,出国留学16人。高考升学率首次突破50%,达到54%

职业教育。加快构建现代职教体系,大力开展创新创业教育,探索多元化合作办学,成都市工程职业技术学校与大专院校合作开设“3+2”“3+3”班,被批准为四川省首批现代学徒制试点学校。完成职业技能鉴定1500人次,国示校项目(国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校建设项目)建设进入验收阶段。2015年荣获省市级中职学生技能大赛29项。

 

General Educational Conditions in Qingbaijiang District

Qingbaijiang is located in northern Chengdu from the downtown 17 kilometers away, which covers an area of 378 square kilometers with the total population of 410,000. It has been among the “top 10 counties” for four successive years upon comprehensive eva luations in Sichuan Province. Qingbaijiang plays a role of major commercial vehicle manufacturing base, new energy equipment manufacturing base, new material base in Chengdu, national cyclic economy demonstration base and western railway logistics center. It is also an ecologically beautiful and environmentally friendly modern garden city.

At present, there are 86 schools in Qingbaijiang, including 59 kindergartens and 27 primary and secondary schools.

In 2015, Educational Bureau of Qingbaijiang closely centered on the objective “managing good education to the people’s satisfaction”, with the core of improving educational quality comprehensively and advancing schools-running level, deeply implemented the educational equalization, modernization and internalization in Qingbaijiang District, and attained satisfactory achievements. It successfully passed the supervision of stages by Chengdu Municipal Educational Monitoring Committee and won the title of “Advanced District (City, County) of Educational Modernization”. Educational Bureau of Qingbaijiang also structured wisdom education system and spared no efforts to promote the pilot undertaking of national Education Cloud Scale Expansion which is the only pilot project in Sichuan Province. Representatives on behalf of Educational Bureau of Qingbaijiang delivered speeches on the Chengdu Municipal and Sichuan Provincial Level Promotion Conferences successively. Teaching personnel won 10 items of First Prize and Second Prize of “New Technology & New Media” at the First Session of International Informationization Conference.  

Preschool education: Educational Bureau of Qingbaijiang implemented state-run kindergarten standardization promotion project, 4 state-run kindergartens completing major part construction, and started constructing 7 new state-run kindergartens. There are 2 newly-added grade kindergartens, with the coverage of 79.7%. Creating of kindergartens with unique features was started. Jurenshu Kindergarten passed the review of the first grade kindergarten supervision on Chengdu municipal level.

Compulsory education: Educational Bureau of Qingbaijiang quickened the comprehensive eva luation reform of primary and secondary school quality. It formulated Educational Quality eva luation Regulations (trial) on Primary Schools and Middle Schools in Qingbaijiang. Further focusing on “connotation characteristic development, highlighting course and classrooms”, it structured “vivid and efficient classes” system and implemented regional characteristic education. It organized the Fourth Art Festival for Primary Schools and Middle Schools Students, covering special contents of chorus, oral reading and fine works. It launched the 5th Art Festivals of Primary Schools and Middle Schools the Year of 2015-2016, dancing competition and exhibition of art works. It carried out patriotism education, carried forward the national spirit, practically strengthened excellent cultural cultivation inheritance, held “one theme for one month” educational activities, energetically implemented quality education, started the “Plastic products beautifying campus” environmental management pilot project, extensively executed character education research on students, and optimized the main contents of curriculum of moral education.

Senior high school education: follow the diversified characteristic development road. Firstly take the lead in exploring the integration of normal high school and vocational high school. This policy creates the bidirectional selecting opportunity for the students of normal high school and vocational high school after graduation. China Education Daily and Chengdu Reform Journal reported this strategy successively. In 2015, 35 students graduated from the second term of the experimental class of normal high school and vocational high school. 7 students were enrolled by universities. Other 28 students were enrolled by junior vocational colleges. In 2015, 1387 students earned the score enough to be enrolled as undergraduate candidates in university entrance examinations, 134 students increase than the previous year. 320 students earned the score enough to be enrolled by key universities, 125 students increase than the previous year. 16 students went abroad for studying. Enrolment rate of university entrance examination exceeded through 50%, reaching 54%.

Vocational education: Educational Bureau of Qingbaijiang quickened its modern vocational educational system in 2015, made efforts to carry out innovative entrepreneuring education and explored diversified cooperating education. Chengdu Engineering Vocational Technical School cooperated with colleges to construct “3years+2 years” “3years+3years” classes. It was ratified as the pilot school of the first batch of “Modern Apprentice System” in Sichuan Province. It has completed 1500 person times of vocational skill appraisal. The project construction of national secondary vocational educational reform development demonstration school enters the acceptance stage. In 2015, it enjoyed the honor of 29 items of skill contests of provincial and municipal students of vocational schools.
